Our Mission

Empower cyber defenders with trusted data so they can stop attacks before they happen.

Our Story

SixMap was engineered from innovative proprietary technology called 6Gen, first deployed to protect U.S. military networks. 6Gen is a computational mapping algorithm that uses statistical modeling to find hosts with extremely high precision in the IPv6 space. SixMap’s platform finds all digital assets across IPv4 and IPv6, then continuously inspects all 65,535 ports on each host.

In addition to advanced technology, SixMap provides a unique approach: mapping out the organizational structure before beginning network discovery. This strategic approach uses every entity as a starting point for asset discovery, resulting in data that’s far more complete, highly accurate, and automatically structured for faster risk mitigation.

Today, SixMap is putting the same military-grade technology and strategic methodology is in the hands of both public sector organizations and private enterprises, giving security teams the intelligence they need to preemptively stop cyber attacks.
